About Us

Die Step- und Tanzschule ist eine kleine inhabergeführte Tanzschule mit gemütlichen Ambiente und eine außergewöhnlichen Angebot. Tanzen in Verbindung mit Fitness und Gesundheit. Neben Steptanz und Gesellschaftstanz haben wir ein Five Rücken- und Gelenkszentrum für Rückenschmerz geplagte Menschen und für Firmenfitness. Fitnesskurse wie Zumba, Zumba Gold, Flexibar, Fatburn Step, Life Kinetik Gedächtnistraining, Reha Kurse, und Senioren Fitness runden das Programm ab. Diese Kombination ist einzigartig in Hannover. Bewegung verbindet und macht gesund.
